PayPal for character faction change?

Is there an option to pay via Paypal for things like character realm transfer, faction change, gender change and name change? All I see is a credit card option.

Currently the PayPal service is only available for recurring subscription charges on an account. While some have reported success with the PayPal virtual credit card system, it is not directly supported and can not be guaranteed to work by us.
