At work? Hehe, we had left by 10 pm PST that night, Pahanda. We ran to the store, I picked up ingredients for my fantastic spinach/artichoke dip, some other snacks and some champagne and went to the Turtle's pad for some toasting of the New Year with friends, etc. . . .

This will have to be from memory.
You'll need the following for: Vrakthris's Spinach and Artichoke Dip - Ok, it isn't not mine fully, I just tweaked a really good recipe I found to be even better. I suggest freshly grated Parmesan, it does make a difference. :)
1 package of cream cheese
1 14-16 ounce jar/can or artichoke hearts in water (drained and chopped)
1 10-12 ounce package of frozen spinach (thawed and drained, chopped)
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 cup of Romano or Gruyere cheese (grated)
1/4 cup of Mayo (real)
1 glove of Garlic (minced finely or grated)
1/2 tea. Dried Basil
1/4 cup Mozzarella shredded
Mix everything together in a bowl except for the Mozzarella. Put mixture into a baking dish sprinkle the Mozzarella onto it and put into a 350 oven for 25-30 minutes.
