Redeeming In-Game Codes

Greetings!

I have been to the last 3 Blizzcon events and collected the codes that came with the "goodie bags". I know that WoW has merged with Battle.net, but how do I go about entering the codes into my BIND ON ACCOUNT page, so that any new characters will have the benefit of these perks. I have successfully entered that 2009 codes in the Battle.net page, but unable to put in the other gift codes. I get errors and invalid codes warnings.

I tried every way I can think to put the codes in, to no avail. Is there a manual way through customer support this can be done? A webpage to enter/register the codes?

Thanks in advance

If you log into your Battle.Net home page and select Item Code Redemption option: (https://us.battle.net/account/management/redemption/redeem.html), located under the bold Manage My Games section, you should be able to enter in the codes there. Once this is done the item should be sent to all eligible characters associated with the destination Battle.net or World of Warcraft account (refer to the item description for details) via the in-game mail.

If that option is not yielding the desired results you may want to contact Billing and Account Services:

Q u o t e:

Auryk, can you confirm that the underlined is supposed to be the case with older rewards, like the mount and the murloc costume? I only have one BoA item of those, and they are never mailed to new characters automatically. I have always had to mail it myself in cases where that is possible, and in the case of the costume, only one character can have at a time.

That is functioning correctly, Tevah. Please note:

all eligible characters... (refer to the item description for details)
