Cannot redeem my 7 days free gametime

Could you provide the name of a character and its realm from the account in question, Snlper? We can look to see if the account is eligible. You may have received the e-mail at an address which is registered to an account which was eligible, but the one you want to use it on is not eligible, however, we can sort out exactly what is going on if I can see the accounts :)

The account in question was actually active past the time for the promotion. In order to qualify, an account must have been inactive by October 16th, 2009. Your account was active during this time and did not go into a frozen status until November.

It does appear you have a third World of Warcraft account registered to that e-mail address which has been inactive and is eligible for the 7 day promotion which is why the e-mail was sent. I do apologize for any confusion on the matter, Snlper.
