That would be a incorrect assumption, Thoarn.
It should also be noted that our hardware is some of the most advanced in the business, there is essentially nothing to upgrade to because it hasn't been invented yet.
I understand that you have limited information available to you but such assumptions do not help an already frustrating issue.
Our Realm Technicians are working on the overall issue and will have this resolved as quickly as possible. We will provide what information we can if it becomes available.

No, I'm sorry, Idhitit, if I had information regarding this matter that I was able to pass on I would do so. My inquiries thus far indicate that they believe they know what the cause of the issue is and they are working to get the overall issue resolved.

We do not provide Free Character Moves due to technical issues a realm is experiencing. If you believe that should be offered you are welcome to post in the Suggestion forums but it is unlikely that such a request will be granted.
Our Technicians are working to resolve the issue, not apply a bandage and not simply abandon the realm.
The Game Master department does not determine if or when compensation is provided for unexpected downtime, if you wish to request this the Suggestion forum would be the appropriate place.
Now, the last update I received shows that Thrall is back up and accepting players. Please let me know if there are any further issues.

Actually your subscription allows you access to the account, not any specific realm or character. Technically. That isn't to say that we aren't doing everything we can to resolve the issue on this realm.

No, Burnei, basically I am providing what updates I can on an issue that I technically should not be addressing at all as this is not something that is under the Game Master departments jurisdiction.
I understand that information is sparse regarding such matters though because our Technicians are usually busy looking into these issues and working to resolve them and are unable to provide updates. So I gather what information I can so I can pass it on to you folks. So you know that this is a priority issue for us and we are working to resolve it.
