I faction transferred my priest a couple days ago from horde to alliance on a different server. I had brought over multiple BOA items, one of which was the Inherited Insignia of the Horde. During the faction change, this was changed over to "of the Alliance". This was after 3.3 hit, so BOA items could be mailed cross faction on the same server. So far it had been fine, but when I went to send my insignia to my horde alt, it still shows up as "of the Alliance". If I had known that it wasn't going to work properly, then I would have logged in and sent it to my horde alt while my priest was still horde, but I assumed that "BOA's can be sent cross faction" meant that BOA's could be sent cross faction and used as normal. I put in a ticket to get it changed back to "of the Horde" but the GM was unable to do this. I just want to know if anyone on here can help me further, because my priest WAS originally horde, and had I known that this was a limitation of the cross faction mailing, I would have logged on and given it to her before doing the faction change after transferring servers.
