GM ticket still open after 7 day?????????????

3 days, 6 hours and 55 minutes actually, Secto. I understand that while waiting time plays tricks on you but it hasn't been 7 days yet. Just keep your petition open and it should be addressed fairly soon.

Just to clarify, my intention is not to "pwn" but to simply set the record straight. If I allow an exaggerated wait time to remain that wait time is read by others who may also believe it and tell others still. This will eventually lead to people believing that our queue times are much longer than they are.

And yes I know there is a whole list of stuff but perhaps GM's need to be more proactive on useless stuff. And hell perhaps punish people who use the system for retarded stuff or abuse it.

We do try to educate players on what we can and can not assist with but that doesn't always work. The following Support Article was created just for that reason.

Even in cases where we are unable to assist we try to provide what advice we can, thus if a petition is submitted, even if we are unable to assist we will address the petition as best as we can.
