Char issues after transfer

1st - thanks in advance for any and all help i have had a ticket open for almost 3 days not and a GM has not even talked to me yet.

I recently re activated my acct and then I transferred my this char ( fluffy stuff - formally know as minipimp) from dunemaul to auch. and then converted it to horde. when i opened my PVP screen my HK were not even close to what i had when i last played as you can tell by my achiv. also when u look at my toon in armory it says i have only 300 achv points when i have over 3k. but that is no the major issue i am having, the major issues is the factions i am exalted with, i can not get to the quarter masters, the biggest issues is with the knights of the ebon blade, i am exalted there and they are acting like i have not done not done one quest .

Ok, Fluffystuff, from what I can see one of the very important processes for a Faction Change did not take place.

Did you log into the character between your transfer and your faction change?

Regardless, I should be able to resolve the issue. I need to warn you though that you will lose any progress you may have made for the Argent Tournament or Knights of the Ebon Blade since the Faction Change.

This will set your faction specific reputations though and give you the correct Horde specific flight paths.

I will need you to log out of the game for this to happen though so please let me know when you have done so.

That is supposed to happen, you may have missed it in the FAQ.

It probably would have been best to have done that for the less than 5 minutes I required so you could test and make sure that everything reset correctly instead of running instances for 5 hours but I suppose you can check when you return in the morning.

Please note that I will not be in until 2 pm PST, if there is an issue, you may have to wait for me. :) I'll check this thread when I get in.

It is important to point out that all factions and flightpaths should now be properly reset just as if you just Faction Changed.

As I mentioned before your status with the Knights of the Ebon Blade and with the Arena Tournament have reset, as is stipulated in the Faction Change FAQ. You will need to complete those quests again in order to be able to interact with the Knights of the Ebon Blade's Quartermaster.
