As of 4:45 PM PST, our technicians have been investigating a recurrence of issues on Thrall. Rest assured that we're already hard at work to restore a smoother experience on this realm.

Hello all!

We're aware of the issues affecting the realm Thrall, and we're working to resolve them. In reference to this most recent issue, our technicians are currently investigating, and hope to be able to make the realm available again soon.

We apologize for any interruption, and we thank you for your patience as we work to return you to your realm. I will provide any updates I receive, as they become available here.

If you feel that any recent realm issues merit compensation, then you can make that request via our Suggestions forum. We're unable to field requests for compensation via the Customer Service forum, though.

It appears that Thrall is up and available!
