Bugged Quests in Northrend

I play Horde on the Gilneas realm.

I have run into 4 bugged quests in the last two days. All are in Northrend, in the Howling Fjord area. Quests cannot be completed for a number of reasons:
Testing the Plague: Plague vials cannot be tossed when I get to the Alliance Fleet.

The Slumbering King: The Queen does not spawn. The three mobs around the King display text boxes like they are being aggroed, but they do not move and they cannot be targeted.

Bring Down Those Shields: I am not getting credit for the crystals destroyed.

Rivenwood Captives: All of the cocoons are empty. Neither mobs nor captives spawn when the cocoons are opened.

Has anyone else noticed these issues, or are they unique to me? Is Blizzard aware of them and if so, where can I go to track their resolution?

There is an issue with The Slumbering King and with Testing the Plague that we're aware of, we hope to have it resolved in an upcoming patch.

As a possible work around for The Slumbering King, Dezryelle, try killing the Necrolord's, that may reset the quest.

As for Bring Down Those Shields and Rivenwood Captives it sounds like you may be in a raid group as I am not aware of any issues with those two quests.

Try using the following command to be certain you have not entered into a Raid group.

/script LeaveParty()

Make sure you type it exactly how it is listed.
