Authenticators and stolen Accounts

If your account gets hacked and they put an Authenticator on it, how can Blizzard get back your account? if noone knows the Authenticator code but the person who has the Authenticator?

Our Billing Department is able to remove the Authenticator without having access to the code. If they verify that the account was compromised and the Authenticator was added during the compromise, they will look into removing the Authenticator on your behalf.
