Zod's Repeating Longbow

With this weapon on my hunter i've done some fairly extensive testing reguarding this bow:

Now on a dummy i shot 10000 arrows, just auto shooting proc rate was about 1.2-1.3%

I then did another test using 10000 arrows going with my normal priority list. Proc was at about 1.8%

I have other friends in my guild with like Bryntroll.

The proc on that equates to about 6-8% of there damage on boss fights.

Just wanting to know if there will be a buff on this bow as it's far behind other weapons with procs that are out at this point in time.
