Horde in Ironforge

Okay....So i have put in tickets and reported this many times...and it does not appear that anything is being done. Why are horde being allowed to stand on the ledge over the bank where they can get out of los when we try to defend our city? As far as i know this is considered griefing and it is happening a lot now that someone figured out how to get up there with wall scaling and has shown their hordie friends.

Please do something about this!! It is rather annoying to have my chat screen filled with Ironforge is under attack!! and be able to do nothing about except leave. And if i have something i am doing there i shouldnt have to leave because someone is being a jerk. The jerk should be punished, not me!

Blizz, It would be nice to see you do something about the ppl that are using a glitch to grief other players instead of turning your eyes the other way and acting like it isnt happening.

Use of the environment (rooftop or otherwise) to circumvent normal repercussions by guards upon engaging in attacks on other players may be considered abuse of game mechanics, Rheea; especially in cases where it allows a character to gain a distinct advantage over other players. In order to preserve a fair and fun Player vs. Player environment, we have decided to prohibit this tactic, that being said, we do look into such reports. So please be sure to report such behavior.
