Deactivate Authenticator

Hello,

I was wondering how long it is currently taking to deactivate and authenticator after the scans of the form and a copy of my ID has already been sent.

It has been 48 hrs since submitting the request. Still no answer.

Can be a bit - if you've sent it in, you may want to followup with a call to Billing, they should be able to retrieve that for you.
