Totally by accident - I cooked it upside down (in one of those bags - they are great).
Doesn't look nice for carving - but if that doesn't matter, sure does make them juicy!
I've done it that way on purpose ever since.

I started Guards Guards while I was in Austin a year or so back, but had to return it to the friend I wad borrowing it from when I moved back to California– didn’t get that far in the book, and think I would prefer to start at the beginning of the series (since I believe I jumped in a bit into the series).
That is not what my signature is from, though.

It was several years ago that I worked there, Merdrah, so I don’t know what the prices are like anymore; though I could ask a few friends that work there still. I primarily got food from the same cafeteria/diner every time I worked. They had a fairly large selection of food, though, and you could order anything from burgers, mini pizzas to salads. My meal generally consisted of a bacon turkey wrap with a strawberry shortcake side. Really good food for the price, though, when I worked there.
