Not Receiving My Zhevra Mount

Well, to begin, I have a zhevra mount grantable in my account management for recruit-a-friend, and was stalling out on the send item page. A few days of trying to get ahold of billing left me with the answer that it just doesn't want to send to my mail for the character I've chosen (Abhorrsen of Arygos), and that I should ticket a gm in game for help. I've done so, and it's been a few days now. Was just hoping that this may alert others out there who have the same problem, and/or garner the attention of a canny GM out there who'd be willing to help. Happy Holidays.

There is currently a known issue with some players being unable to claim their Zhevra mount in-game. This issue is not something that can be remedied by the Game Masters at this time and will require a full resolution on our end. This goal is being worked toward currently so I do recommend trying to claim the mount a bit later on.
