Character Account change/ and name change

My mother in law currently pays for two accounts and on one of which i have my name currently. im wondering how i can switch it over to her name name that way her name is on both accounts. This way she can switch her characters to make room on either account. please help.

If an account is in the name of a minor, it can be updated to that of the parent or guardian by sending in the proper documentation. That would be our Battle.net Terms of Use form (linked below) as well as identification for the account holder to confirm they are a minor, and identification for the adult who will be gaining access to the account.

The documentation can be sent in via e-mail, fax, or standard mail. The addresses and fax numbers are available on the form itself so you two can fill it out and send it in! :)
