Visa Gift Card BC Upgrade

Can I use a pre paid visa gift card to purchase the upgrade to BC and WotLK? When I try it says the card number is incorrect which I am sure it is not.

Gift cards may be rejected by our system because we must verify certain information for fraud prevention. I encourage you to contact our your Credit Card provider to inquire about the viability of making online purchases using their gift card as they may be able to provide additional information specific to your card which may accommodate the purchase. Another option would be to purchase a boxed copy of the game from a local retailer.
