Trial Account Character Question

How long do characters on trial accounts last for after the account becomes inactive? I created a trial account a few months ago to reserve some character names I wanted. But now that the trial account has expired, would I need to purchase that account if I wanted to delete those characters?

As Giresse has mentioned, these character will remain on the account until you remove them. Accordingly, you will either need to upgrade the account in question so that you may delete them, or get in contact with the Game Master Department to request further assistance. If you would prefer the latter, please open an in-game petition or send an e-mail to [email protected] from the accounts registered e-mail address so that we may look into your request appropriately.

Please be aware, however, that due to the influx of petitions submitted this holiday season that wait times are quite high and response may not be given for several days. Your patience throughout the process is greatly appreciated.
