About a month ago, he cancelled his wow subscription and everything seemed fine and the game even told him that the last day of his game time was on 30 Nov. This month, after deciding to return, he tried to reactivate his account but he gets an "Unspecified error has occured" message after entering his billing details. Cancelling his subscription again doesn't seem to work too despite a message that says that the cancellation was is successful. His game status is now "frozen". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
