Before the patch I could get a gem transmute proc about 2x a week...couldve been better but what the hey. Since the patch I havent gotten 1 transmute proc. Just bad luck or did they break alchemy again?

I wouldn't exactly call it bad luck, Catmanduu. Perhaps you were just too used to being lucky. :)

My personal alchemist has never seen procs quite as often as you're reporting -- before and after patch 3.3 -- and it all appears to be working appropriately.
