WOW1 and WOW2? Help please.

Alright, I recently started a WoW 10-day trial and bought the full game and expansion today. I went to my trial on my Battle.net and clicked upgrade, entered my full game CD-key and my expansion, but then my Battle.net account made two WoW accounts. WOW1 (Which had info about my trial) and WOW2 (Which had the normal game and expansion) why did it do this, is my account upgraded from the 10-day free trial or am I going to have to pay for the games again? It still says I'm a trial in game, btw.

Is the character you are posting from now on the WoW1 account, Snoopy?

I am able to see both accounts, Snoopydogg. As you said, the WoW2 account has been upgraded to Burning Crusade, while the account you post on is still marked as being on trial. If this was unintentional you would best get assistance in sorting everything out by contacting Billing and Account Services:

Hours of Operation: 8AM to 8PM PST— Wednesday through Tuesday

They should be able to reach an agreeable solution with you, mate, but it will have to wait until tomorrow when they open back up.

Your alternative would simply be to forsake the first account and play the second (WoW2). You would be starting over, but would not have to wait to contact Billing. The choice is yours. :0)
