Sig is from an older thread where there was a bit of a conspiracy theory happening :) Bheralrul and Reythur were playing, and I shortened it to fit my sig =D

I always get caught up in conspiracy theories, it is in my mailbox nature.

I wanted to stop in and remind everyone that, while an interesting debate regarding extra security measures and how safe accounts can be is going on, it is best to remain civil and in line with the forum guidelines.

I can easily say the addition of authenticators does not make accounts less secure, but I do understand the frustration that can come if someone adds one to your account maliciously. That being said, Oldports, I was able to verify your account, and it does appear this authenticator was added with malicious intent, so it has been removed and your password reset. From what you have said, it seems you have taken steps to secure your information and keep others from gaining your password again in the future. I do hope everything stays secure and wish you a speedy restoration if anything was taken.
