- Resecuring your account, and
- Restoring your characters and gear.
It's absolutely critical that you find the source of your compromise and correct it. If you don't do so, the people that hijacked your account can and will hijack it again.
Don't hesitate for a moment to update this thread with questions as you review those two threads. They can be a bit daunting if you're unfamiliar with the information in them, but we'll be glad to lend you a hand. Don't be afraid to ask questions!

Now, if an authenticator was added to your account without your authorization, contacting the Billing & Account Services department is the step to take towards getting it removed. You will want to make sure the computer being used is secure to avoid losing access again though.
