Battle.net messed up my authentication key...

When i entered my authentication key for the Battle Chest to update my trial, i received an error. i went back to the account management page, and battle.net created "WOW2" with the free one month subscription and the authentication key. i want to update my trial again because my friend recruited me, but it won't ley me. "WOW1" is still my trial account with my old characters on it, and i can not enter in a new code because it is being used on "WOW2". Please Help!

In any event, mistakes happen, and so a call to the Billing & Account Services Department should straighten this whole thing out. A Billing Representative would be more than happy to help you with this. =)
