Margrave Dhakar Missing (The Underbog Realm)

Hi, I am trying to complete the quest The Flesh Giant Champion in the Fleshworks, however the NPC Margrave Dhakar is missing. He was located next to the Flesh Giant pre-3.3, however he seems missing after patch 3.3.0 was instated (at least in the Underbog Realm). I've tried abandoning the quest, and picking it up again however that did not resolve the issue- the NPC is still missing. Hope it gets fixed soon :(

After checking into this briefly, it seems he is in his normal location within the Fleshworks on Antonidas, Evasivetaco. If you have a moment, you may want to return to this area to check.
