I sent in the in-game ticket but wondering how long it usually takes for these kinds of things? Any help would be very appreciated.

Well - not quite 4 days :)

I do believe this has been resolved for you. If you do not see him on your realm list, please make a new character - that should force your list to refresh. That doesn't happen often, but it can.
