I've tried to find answers on this fight but none really seem to answer my questions. I have only done OK a few times and I really don't understand "insanity"

From what I see I phase out and fight clones of my group, after I'm done killing them I phase back and fight "with my party" to kill clones again.

I guess I really don't understand the step by step process of insanity... if someone could explain so I'm not a noob on that fight anymore that would be great.

Thanks a bunch

Happy Holidays :)

So everyone gets thier private version of this. As people kill off the adds in thier version they pop into someone elses version to help them out and so it goes untill all the adds are dead.

This is the basic way it works.

Ahh so considering after I phase out of insanity I see all my party members this probably means I'm the last person to finish?

This is correct.

I didn't realize until tonight that I hadn't done that dungeon on my death knight in Heroic mode yet. Unholy AOE really frees me fast. :p

Best part is when you DPS him so quickly you end up with double adds during insanity.

Not to be repetitive, but the insanity that ensues from doing the above makes this fight all the more awesome.

edit: y'know what? "Not to be repetitive" makes no %!@%ing sense at all. I'm tired and going to sleep.

Yea, it's very interesting to go into a Heroic dungeon like that when everyone is wearing incredibly powerful gear and doing really strong damage, especially given the dynamic of classes and talent specializations that might provide quick and high single-target burst damage versus others who may be specialized more for sustained damage or area-of-effect damage.

Its still a little boggling considering if I am the last person to down my clones I should see everyone in my phase helping me kill my clones instead of me phasing out to help kill others.... this is almost as hard to figure out as time travel!

Tubbek, you're just not thinking fourth-dimensionally.

I keep getting distracted by the dancing snowman...

I've actually forgotten what your regular avatar is...

I'm not sure if I even remember after just watching a movie that depicted over an hour of people trying to stand in light to avoid a killer ghost that ended with the tooth fairy catching on fire.

I... wait, what?

On a slightly related note, I watched Avatar earlier... and I now feel sorry for anyone who has to wear glasses... Those 3D ones left a nice dent in the bridge of my nose that didn't go away for about 2 hours.

lol... Same here. My forehead and nose were indented for a while and the tops of my ears still kinda hurt.

Darkness Falls?... id rather drink bleach than watch that movie again

;)
