I keep getting emails from [email protected] telling me that my account is caught for buying gold or some BS and tells me to go to worldofwarcraft.com but it's spelled differently, obviously linking to a keylogg site.

While the address [email protected] is indeed owned and used by Blizzard Entertainment, it's possible that the emails you're receiving aren't actually from [email protected]. Rather, the sender could be masking the actual address and making it look like official Blizzard correspondence. Your caution is good.

Do any of the emails look like those listed within this sticky, Nishaletha?
