This isn't that uncommon, Chain.
Give Billing a ring in the morning - or have him do it, actually.
Sounds like he setup a new account instead of upgrading the linked one. If this is recent, Billing may be able to assist.
We do have slightly modified hours over the next few days during the holidays.
