You guys have finally angered me sooo much so sorry in advance for the rant. Most of you may not care about the following complaint but from someone who put ALOT of man hours in, I DO.

So I transfered to Darkspear i think late october, early november to join a guild where they were closer to my level of skill in terms of raiding. Prior to arriving, they did not even attempt Heroic Anubarack on 25 man once. The following week after I arrived was the first time we stepped foot in 25 Anub heroic.

So anyways i had the pleasure of helping create a strat, and being a working force in that guild for weeks and hundreds of man hours learning the fight and perfecting it with my guild. We finally got him down I believe it was the first week of December. Great job it was and we were all happy.

Anyways now that we got him down our sights were set on Insanity and Grand Crusader title. I was involved EVERY DAY, on every schedualed raid with these guys trying to be apart of the accomplishement. Well that time finally came. 3 Weeks later we got insanity and the Grand Crusader title server first. We were all sooo happy.

Well guess what, I did not get the title nor the feat of strength because i wasent on the server for a total of 60 days. I opened a tcket and he explained to me the reason this rule is in place is to prevent guilds from transfering to servers simply for the title. UNDERSTANDABLE IF YOUR A GUILD. I was 1 person. I was there since the frst day we all started attempting anub heroic. I was part of the headaches.

Blizzard, i dont get it, i am 1 person, not a whole guild, and i was part of the core team that did these fights for almost 2 months perfecting our playstyle. I am diserving of this title. I worked my ass off.

Since your GMS refuse to care, in my last hopes before I say goodbye for ever to this game, I bring this to your attention. Acception should be made given my dedication and commitment to my group of people I know as friends now.

(on top of that, a character named Swirls from server Draka was in same situation when his guild got grand crusader, and the GMS awarded him his achievement???) So why am I being denied

Facts:
(on top of that, a character named Swirls from server Draka was in same situation when his guild got grand crusader, and the GMS awarded him his achievement???) So why am I being denied

Here are the facts from Swirls of Draka:

http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Draka&n=Swirls - Granted Grand Crusader 12-25-09
- Obtained A Tribute to Insanity 12-17-09

http://www.wowprogress.com/character/us/draka/Swirls - Joined server Dec/6/09

In the FAQ that we read upon 3.3's release and patch notes upon release and dates of our transfers they both did not state the rules changes regarding Realm firsts. They have been changed now due to amount of people asking what was going on and why they have not received there realm first achievements.

why does one person along with 6 of the other recent transferred guild mates receive a title and feat but yet others don't get the same treatment? I find that a little unfair. we have all played this game for years and don't feel that this is fair.

I Suggest for releases that it be noted of such major changes to not have this issue in the future.

(apologies for the rant, Im just very very angry, this was alot of hardwork on my part, and I feel it was for nothing)

I sincerely apologize for any frustration this issue has caused, Tyraël. It is not that we do not care about your situation, but rather the fact that this was an intentional development change that is not likely to be circumvented by the Game Master department. That being said, we'd love to hear your suggestions on the matter, and encourage you to share your individual feedback with our Development team with the Suggestions Forum so that they may see how the decision to implement such a change has affected you.

I truly wish you the best, and hope you understand that our decision is not out of a lack of care.

Good luck in your future endeavors!

Should you feel that the extenuating circumstances surrounding your completion of this achievement warrant it being rewarded to you and you have already been denied, I encourage you to compile an e-mail and send it to [email protected]. This e-mail will be reviewed by the Supervisors of the Game Master department. I can offer no guarantees, but it's a great place to start after you have posted any suggestions and feedback you may have within the Suggestions Forum.
