Account Restore Offer and Frost Emblems

My account was compromised and I lost control of it from a day or so before 3.3 hit until today. I've gone through the account restore process and was offered 2500g, 100 emblem of triumph, and 20 emblems of frost to close the restore process on this toon. (its lvl 80....not showing up for some reason).

I accepted this offer and got the gold and emblems of triumph, but no emblems of frost. Any ideas as to whether this was a 'glitch'? I haven't run any instances yet that grant Frost emblems, so there isn't a place on my currency page showing frost emblem accumulation yet, I wonder if this has anything to do with the missing frost emblems from my account restore offer? Any blues have a moment to offer insight?

I am showing you did receive the 20 Emblems of Frost, Bolus. If you do not see it under the Dungeon and Raid portion of the currency tab, then it may be at the bottom with currencies flagged as inactive, at which point you can just flag it as active.

If you are given the offer, it actually provides instructions on how to decline it and wait for a full restoration :)

The offer is just a streamlined way to help get restorations processed quickly; if your situation of loss is large and complicated no one will blame you for requesting a full restoration. Be aware the wait time is longer than normal now but the e-mail will advise you on estimated waits.
