Possible race change/faction change card?

Hi! I was wondering if mabye there would be a possible race change/faction change card you can buy at a retail store. Just like a time card, you would enter the code on the transaction page.

My financial company won't let me pay for anything on Blizzard's website because of the amount of theft and retarded people visiting malicious websites and getting hacked. So mabye this could be a possible in the future?
