Can't redeem tcg codes.

So here's my problem; i entered the codes online for a different character on the velen server, but i hated that char so i made a new one. But now i can't use the codes on a different character that i actually like to play. I haven't used the codes in game yet, so is there any way to fix this? these codes are extremely hard to get, so any help would be great.

I'm afraid that we are unable to transfer a TCG item to a different character once it has been claimed and bound, Hawkn. My apologies.

If you'd like to see these items be transferable to other characters on your account I encourage you to make a post on the Suggestions Forum.

If you're finding yourself unable to redeem unused codes, please disable your addons and try once more.
