WoW Account Hacked Again?!? Authenticator??

Ok, so a few months ago I took a break from WoW because of football, anyway, a month ago i tried getting back on but my password wouldnt work. So i changed it and got on and my main was moved to a different server, my other characters were either naked or deleted and i was pissed. i tried contacting blizzard to get it all back and my password kept getting changed. I noticed that i had a keylogger virus. So i contacted blizzard again and they temporarily disabled my account so no unauthorized access could be made. Anyway, that was 3 weeks ago and i got a new computer for christmas and now my password is secure and no more keylogger virus. Just last night after calling and emailing for a week i finally got my account enabled last night and i was so happy. Now i needed a subscription so i waited until today to add one and when i went to do it i tried logging in and i saw that i needed an authenticator 6-letter key that i did not set up. Now i cant get in!! Does this mean i got hacked again?!??! If so, what do i do? i trying to call them again and im on hold. Im so sick of this, i havent been able to play in a month cuz of all this!

Please continue to wait to speak with a Billing representative regarding the authenticator that has been added to your account, Onyah. Additionally, it may be a good idea to look into creating a new email address to be used exclusively on your Battle.net account.

I believe that there may be some confusion regarding what an Authenticator is, and how exactly that device works, as it is not something that can be installed to your computer via a patch, Smileypete. Thank you, i actually called technical support by mistake and now im on hold of billing and account and the guy i spoke to at technical support told me that they are able to take it of my account. Now i just have to wait for the billing and account services, thanks again.
