Cant need on GREENS

Ever since I combined this charecter from my other account I cant need on green items. When in a dungeon I can need on any sort of blue item but I cant on greens.

I have removed the WTF folder.

I have un-installed all addons

And this only happens on this one charecter.

Please help it does effect game play since I cant even need on class specific greens during game play.

There are specific items that cloth wearing classes are currently unable to roll 'Need' on. While we apologize if this is inconvenient at all, our staff are aware of this issue and hard at work to resolve it. No ETA is currently available regarding when the resolution will be complete though.
