Banned for good can it be restored?

My moms accopunt got banned. About Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy. Well, she bought gold. She got suppended for 3 days. After the 3 days she went on and played about 4 hours later her account got closed. Is there a way she can get it back? People in trade always say about buying gold. We did not know it was bad to do that. Can somebody herlp me . My mom had that account for 3 years. I play with her all the time and my dad does too. We talk to my dad in Iraq through WOW.. Its cheaper that way my dad says.

Well, I can - but what has been stated already is perfectly true.

The only thing I can add is if you dealt with these thieves using a credit card - I'd call that card company immediately and cancel it, have another re-issued. They are certainly not above credit card theft either.
