ETA: on GM Ticket

I made the ticket from the following char:
Horum - Mug'thol

The char lost due to "hack" would be the warrior my avatar shows.
Primitivo - Mug'thol

I just want to know if there's any chance of knowing an estimated time for GM answering my ticket; As I would like to be in-game to discuss something when they do.

Thanks in advance.

I apologize that I missed your post in that other thread, Primitivo. I show that you have multiple petitions that were opened between 12/21/2009 at 05:14:38GMT and the one you currently have open now, which was opened up on 12/22 at 18:19:30GMT. The ticket and investigation portion will take roughly the same amount of time as in the previous thread, but as for you concerns regarding methods in which you can better secure your system, I would look to the following thread: (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=1778038509&sid=1).

Hypnotized, similar to the above statement, you have multiple petitions open, please understand that creating multiple tickets across several different characters won’t do anything to expedite the situation; you simply need to be sure to put all of the information into one single petition and the situation will be looked into. By creating multiple petitions you simply slowdown the response time that other players will receive, since a Game Master will have to look into your issue on 5 different accounts, instead of just once. Your first petition was opened by this character on 12/24 at 17:32:08GMT; queue times are still around four days, so it is going to be a bit before this issue is escalated to a character specialist for further review.

Drakinn, not only have I given you a response, but you have posted in that same thread since then: (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=22049518850&sid=1).

Q u o t e:
Well when are we going to hear good news... its getting tireing.. id atleast like a escalate.

As I have said, in three different threads that you have been a part of, Drakinn, queue times are roughly four days. I am unable to expedite your issue, simply advise you on it. You are going to have to wait in line, like everyone else, to get a response from a Game Master; who will also be able to evaluate the situation and determine if your case needs to be escalated up for further review.

Q u o t e:
Thanks a lot Auryk; I'll proceed to check that thread, and hopefully avoid this from happening again.

You are very welcome, Primitivo! If you have any further questions when trying to secure your computer, please feel free to return here and ask, or create a post on the Tech Support forum - I'll do what I can to help you out, and we have a healthy amount of players who are here to help as well. :0)
