Trial account, level 20, and exp. points

I'm presently doing the 10 day trial and I just got to level 20. I didn't quite recall the point with being a trial member where level 20 is the ceiling that you can reach. Since I thought it was just a fluke, I kept on playing and thought the experience I was getting would pop up later after I logged off and back on. Obviously, it never did, and now I'm wondering about whether I'll be able to recover that experience.

If I decide to upgrade, will the experience I make AFTER turning level 20 be returned to my account in full, or will that experience disappear? With that, if it disappears, will that also mean the quest that GOT ME the experience will disappear too?

Just some things I need to know before I decide about upgrading. Would seem a little unfortunate to have the quests be reported as completed without a record of the experience due.

Thanks.

20 is the cap - and no, I'm afraid those aren't banked anywhere.
