It's been over 4 days since I opened my ticket and no blizzard staff have helped me. C'mon I know you actually care. My subscription goes out tomorrow and I might not get a new card if you don't provide a better service.

I show that you have two petitions submitted into the Game Master staff at this time. The one that was opened by Vyndorus hasn’t even been logged for a day, yet. While I can understand that you may be anxious to get a response from our Game Masters, I don’t see how less than 24 hours can be stretched so thinly.

Our queue times are just under two days, Vyndorus, and are heavily based on a first come first serve basis. You are going to have to wait, just like every other player, to hear back. Good luck with your restoration, mate.

Yeah but I bet about 60% of those tickets are made to be worthless and make the waiting times for other people longer.

Much like your secondary petition? Or how about requests from players that simply want to get a character restored that they accidentally deleted themselves? Know that others may find your petition as “worthless” as you find theirs, and that one petition will suffice, Vyndorus. As long as you have all the pertinent information within your petition text we should be able to assist you. No need for multiple petitions, or staying online – if you need to log out for any reason, feel free to do so.

I'll also delete the other ticket.

Just be sure to keep the older one, the one submitted by this character, opened, Vyndorus. :0)
