Sounds like you've been making use of the proper channels to report this, but this is not the correct venue.

Because, frankly - all that drama is only going to draw more fire from you here. That seems like the last thing you'd want at this point.

It's just not needed as this isn't the proper venue to air that sort of thing.

You need to understand that harassment under our definition and what you may consider harassment may be two very different things.

We absolutely uphold and protect our players when such things occur and our terms of service are broken. Contacting a player after they've been put on /ignore is also a fairly serious offense.

While I can empathize that this is an uncomfortable situation and certainly don't blame you a bit for wishing it to cease, what have they really said that is outside of our rules?

By all means, do report any time someone circumvents an /ignore - or breaks our terms of service in the nature of their communications. I've never personally known of a single case myself where anyone has gotten a realm transfer like this. The option is of course there should you wish to pursue it, but that would be your choice, and it's not free unless your realm happens to have overpopulation issues and one is offered realm-wide.
