My wow 10 day trail FAILED and missing item

i just got to level 70 today and so i wanted to try out wotlk 10 day trail before i buy it and it just happens to tell me that i have used my 10 days allready i get this error WE'RE SORRY

well i get that error and am sure i have not use no 10 day wotlk trial am thinking its a error from blizzard while they split the link account because my friend who's account i was linked too said he did use a 10 day trail on his account so the server must have gotten confused with mines. and also my account has lost many items while the account got split from my cousins account ive lost many things i have tryed to contact a GM with a open ticket an i have played for 14 hours a day and i have been waiting for 3 days now and no respond.

Not sure by what you mean by 'split', Hellrayser.

If an account was in your cousin's name - it still should be, and is his. You should not be playing on it.

If you set up another and somehow managed to transfer characters, and it's in his name...it's still HIS account not yours.

I do see the one you are posting under has recently been reported as compromised. Sounds like the trial has already been used.
