I hope your customer service team takes a hard look at the decision to give out emblems of Frost to people who were online and request them. It is really they least they could do to all of us who have been very patient with this process and have not been unreasonable in our requests.

I think this is one of the things that bothers me the most. The literal silence since it was fixed is unsettling. Even the Service Status forum post didn't have an update... This is hardly an issue to gloss over now that it's fixed. Communicate with us. CMs, I know you try and do appreciate the work, but I think we're looking for something more from someone else.
