Merged onto wrong Battlenet Account

My husband bought my sister-in-law WoW for an early Christmas gift. She opened the RAF-link and set up the account on his laptop, entering the CD keys for the retail version in the process. Unfortunately, it turns out he was still logged onto his own Battlenet account at the time, and thus her new WoW account ended up merged with his Battlenet account.

Now, I'm pretty sure sharing a Battlenet account is against the ToS, and I don't think my husband or sister-in-law would feel comfortable doing so even if it weren't. Is there a way for customer support to un-merge the WoW accounts into two separate Battlenet accounts?

Billing should be able to help with this. They are also open weekends now.
