Need help with ongoing 3 days insane harassme

I understand what frustration this may cause, Deadharlot, I can assure you that if reported our In-Game Support staff will investigate the matter and take all appropriate actions for any violations found.

Unfortunately queue times are rather lengthy at the moment and because of this it may prevent you from being able to enjoy your play time. Though I will stress that this is not the most ideal solution and I don't recommend it as a "go to" for these types of issues but while you wait for your petition to be addressed you may want to use the Report Spam feature. This will ignore the person's entire account while you are on that character. This should also allow you to detect if they are using one or multiple accounts in order to whisper you.

First off, posting here will not have your issue addressed in-game. We are simply unable to do that.

Second, it is important to point out that if someone is harassing you it is best not to continue a dialog with them. It is certainly not acceptable to in return use inappropriate language towards them. Doing so may result in negative consequences for you.

Your petition will be properly investigated and appropriate actions will be taken. If this behavior continues you are welcome to submit a new petition.
