Thrall World Server is down... Again... Didn't this just happen last week?

Thank you, Fushck, our Realm Technicians are aware of the issue and hope to bring it back online as quickly as possible.

"FIX IT" posts are not needed thank you, Failcalf. Contrary to popular belief we do not actually require prompting to resolve an ongoing issue.

It should also be noted that this forum is moderate by the Game Master department, not the Realm Technicians.

We understand that this has been happening regularly and our Realm Technicians have been working on the overall issue. I'm afraid I do not have an estimate on when the issue may be resolved though.

It seems that our Technicians were able to make some adjustments and the should be back online. It looks like some further adjustments may need to be made. As always, I will pass along any information I get.

If you believe compensation is warranted for the unexpected downtime, Peteyd, you are welcome to post in the Suggestion forum. That is not under the Game Master departments jurisdiction so we would be unable to make that determination.

Almost the same, I do change it up a bit here and there but the message is essentially the same. i.e. We're aware of the issue and we are working to resolve it.

I know that everyone would like a bit more information than that but I'm afraid that is all I am given. From my understanding though the overall issue is a technical one though this is not something that can be quickly resolved. Our Realm Technicians are doing what they can while the overall resolution is being worked on.

I'm sorry, Trinashy, but this is still part of the "time to time" as the overall issue that originally causes the realm to go offline randomly has not yet been resolved.

We hope to have the realm back up in a few moments.

Who stated it was a minor issue? It is a high priority to get the issue resolved but having something of high importance doesn't make things move faster than they can.

I'm not certain what you mean, if it is about the time you put into the realm and we have already stated that we are working to resolve the issues that those of you on the realm are experiencing, what are you asking?

You can't be asking for compensation because I have already stated that the Game Master department does not make that determination. It wouldn't be for more information since I already stated that I have provided what information I could. I'm not certain what you are getting at.

While posting in that forum, Peteyd, it is important to read the first thread. The one that states that we will be unable to reply to any thread in that forum. That doesn't mean that your posts or concerns are being ignored and it certainly doesn't mean that nothing is being done to resolve the issues that Thrall is experiencing.

Thrall should be online, our Technicians are keeping an eye on it but please return if there are additional issues and I'll see what I can find out.

If that is something you would like to see us do, Zaletta, you are welcome to post on the Suggestion forum with just that request. Our developers and policy makers read that forum frequently, and take into consideration all suggestions, even if they are unable to directly reply to them.

Put someone on the realm that can be yelled at personally? No, I think not. Most people understand that such issues may take time and that we are doing what we can to resolved them. Again, if you want to see something like that implemented this would not be the place to request it.
