Q u o t e:
And my post is deleted yet again.... I am not being threatening, rude, or breaking any of the ToS. I am simply asking for the server to be fixed.
Q u o t e:
Granted your responses are EXACTLY the same everytime.
Q u o t e:
But this is completely ridiculous and no its not a "sometimes from time to time a server has its problems". It's all the time and has been for a month.
Q u o t e:
Since Malkorix started his updates on Dec 18th - can we know what progress has been made?
Q u o t e:
How much patience does a GM / Blizzard feel is appropriate in this case?
Q u o t e:
I was looking through the forums, and you can find over 80 pages of posts about THRALL going back more than 3 months (i stopped there).
Q u o t e:
At what point is this issue not considered a minor problem any more?
Q u o t e:
At what point will we stop trying the standard answers since its not working?
Q u o t e:
At what point will blizzard step up and take responsibility? And recognize its not about the 15/month and that its more about the years that we have all put into this server and the fact that we are being given two choices... stay and wait or PAY to move..
Q u o t e:
Well being that there is currently an eleven page thread in the suggestion forum for compensation and no one has replied and nothing has been done it does not seem right to me.
Q u o t e:
Let me see if I understand this straight.. I posted a message in a different forum, you asked me to post it here and then you dont have any information about it?
Q u o t e:
Why wouldnt you say that in the original post instead of having me waste my time when you do have anything of value to add to the discussion?
Q u o t e:
I find it very interesting that Blizzard is moving all THRALL based posts off into another thread / forum so that people when logging into the CUSTOMER SERVICE FORUM dont see messages about THRALL POSTED all over the place and at the top of the list... This is perhaps so that other users do see the steadily climbing number of people affected.
Q u o t e:
Even more interesting is whether Blizzard actually thinks we believe that there are people workign on this issue right now. Most likely some first line engineer who waits to see an SNMP trap / alarm occur and simply hits the restart button.
Q u o t e:
I guess thanks for your repsonse.. since your part is done, i want to thank you for taking the time to obfuscate the real issue with a bunch of nonesense.
Q u o t e:
Again, not the best "community" approach ... Why not be a little more proactive than reactive eh?
Q u o t e:
Maybe put something on the realm that says - "we know there are issue, please bear with us".
Q u o t e:
Maybe stop treating everysingle issue in thrall as a seperate issue in the past weeks when they are all related at some point
Q u o t e:
(NOTE: Thrall is the busiest server - so maybe this is a reason - christmas, load, etc".
Q u o t e:
Finally - by not being a little more forthright in your answers, you create an issue of trust.. Since we would think that since its Christmas, Thrall has reached it limit and really - its not that Blizzard is doing anything about it - they are just waiting for the christmas rush to pass...
Q u o t e:
its about relationship management and from my experience, you are doing a poor poor job of it..
Q u o t e:
but hey - maybe im wrong and you get paid by the posts answered and therefor you want to coninute to M.O?
