Cannot retrieve password

Hello, my boyfriend wants to play WoW again, after a short break, but he cannot remember his account's password.

When he goes to retrieve the password, the page says his account is merged with Battlenet, but when going to Battlenet's password recovery site, it says his account name is invalid. We know he's using the correct email and name.

Is there anything else he can try, or would it be best to call customer support at this point?

If your boyfriend does not remember the password for the account, and has encountered difficulty with retrieving the password online, then it would probably be best for him to contact the Billing department by phone for assistance, Improbable.

I apologize if he has encountered any difficulty with getting in contact with us, but please have him continue his attempts to call so that we may help him with this issue as soon as possible.
