When trying to log into my other WoW account, I am getting a message that my prepaid time is up and my account is frozen due to this. I have always paid for the account with the monthly recurring billing option, which according to account management is still active. There is plenty of money in the account to cover the scheduled billing so, I'm not sure what is going on. Could you look into this please? If you need a character from that account to look it up, one you could use is Abubaka , realm is Korialstraz. Thank you.
