Prepaid time is expired, account frozen?

Hello!

When trying to log into my other WoW account, I am getting a message that my prepaid time is up and my account is frozen due to this. I have always paid for the account with the monthly recurring billing option, which according to account management is still active. There is plenty of money in the account to cover the scheduled billing so, I'm not sure what is going on. Could you look into this please? If you need a character from that account to look it up, one you could use is Abubaka , realm is Korialstraz. Thank you.

It sounds like the payment was not able to successfully process, but the system has not booted off the old card yet. Credit cards and all other forms of payment are used to purchase pre-paid time. When an account does not receive payment, it may pend for a period before cancelling out and becoming frozen. Once this happens though it is perfectly fine to go back in and add a new form of payment to re-activate the account :)
