I would really like to speak to a GM.

Monday night I was switching 3v3 arena teams and in a hurry I accidentally /teamquit 2v2 instead of 3v3. Since that was my 1k+ points for the week I instantly ticketed it to get myself restored. I've waited 5 days now to have my ticket answered, and just to be sure a GM didn't think I was up to anything funny I made sure not to join any other 2v2 teams and asked my partners not to play any games on that team until i was restored and given my points.

So, 5 days have passed and now I'm sitting on my rogue waiting for a GM response with the ticket saying "you're petition will be answered in 11 minutes" and all of a sudden Illidan crashes and when I log back in I get an auto response to my ticket saying that I was unable to be assisted at this time.

I would really like for a GM to fix this issue and restore me the points I should have gotten last week so I don't have to wait another 5 days for a response.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you were unable to speak with a Game Master after the long wait because the realm went down, Pheq. Unfortunately, however, that Game Master staff truly unable to return you to the arena team with the same standing. I realize it's frustrating, but you will have to earn your way through the arena ratings once more.
