Authenticator,(lost??) how long to arrive?

So...It;s been almost 3.5 weeks since I ordered an authenticator from the blizzard store....does it normally take this long? Can't believe Blizz wants us all to purchase these, and then they take a month to arrive...yikes...

Normal?

That does sound a bit out of the ordinary, Borrachos. I would recommend getting in contact with Billing and Account Services:
